Letter from CP Scott to Cecil Sprigge congratulating him on his good work at Locarno which he felt was superior to that achieved by the Times newspaper. Scott acknowledges the fact that Sprigge had to leave in a hurry and therefore was unable to leave a suitable substitue behind and suggests other correspondents who may be able to undertake the post, including the previous Observer correspondent, Mrs Waterfield.
