Man holding whip, about to whip someone, but a pair of hands behind him has snapped it in two. Article discusses how Labour whips discouraged and MP from voting in the manner she wished to and suggests an overhaul of outdated parliamentary behaviour. Also suggests a cap on MPs salaries in order to make their experiences more akin to the average person, whom they represent.
