Also contains notes taken by Clyde Sanger at the Commonwealth of Learing roundtable on: 'the role of the media in developing human resources', 6 October 1992 and minutes of the meetings of the directors of News-Scan International Limited (holding company for Gemini News Service, 1982-[c1999]), held on 2 March 1983; 10 June 1983; 16 November 1988; 2 August 1989; 23 April 1993 and 21 July 1993. The minutes for 10 June 1983 also contain records relating to the opening of overseas bank accounts.
