Schedules for meetings held by the directors of Milbury Holdings Ltd. Schedules are divided broadly into sections- commonly involving minutes from the previous meeting; staff matters, including the resignation and appointment of new directors; the managing director's report, and any other business.

There is also a small amount of correspondence, attached to some of the schedules, discussing points raised at the meetings, and a few architectural plans and financial statements included as appendices to the main schedules.

Also included is a report titled 'Report Dated 3rd August 1971 to EP Greenfield Esq., Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance Company Ltd. re. Milbury Holdings Ltd', which contains information on the group's organisation; trading results to 31 March 1971; current trading position and conclusions drawn from all of the above. Included as appendices are an organisational chart dated May 1968; a current organisational chart; detailed trading and profit and loss accounts and an overall summary of profits and losses by site.
