File titled 'Milbury/ Magnet House, miscellaneous papers from LP Scott's home files', and containing correspondence with Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance on increasing their shares in Milbury Holdings to 75% (1974); on renaming the company Magnet House Ltd (1975); on the development at Magnet House in Glasgow (1974), and on the assignment of leases (1975); and on selling the remainder of LP Scott's shares in the group to the Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance in 1977.
