Part of Illustrations by Les Gibbard

A group of Ford workers drop their tools and walk towards the pay office. A massive humanoid metal creation, labelled 'Monster Shop Stewards' stands on the worker's conveyor belt holding a sign instructing them to 'Strike Now!'. As those workers wearing overalls labelled 'Ford' all walk away, one man with 'Swansea' on his back remains behind. Holding a wrench, he is depicted trying to repair or alter this metal man, upon whom loose sheets of metal and wayward springs can be seen.
