Scope and content

Cartoon shows a large missile in the shape of a fountain pen with the acronym "CCCP" written on the side - CCCP being the Russian abreviation for the USSR. The pen/missile is behind a barbed wire fence and on the fence there is a sign which reads "top secret anti-zionist missile site" in Russian-ised letters. Ink is dripping from the pen/missile onto the head of an Orthodox Jewish man.

[Cartoon most likely relates to tensions between the Israelis and the Soviets during the Cold War. The Soviets were allied with many Arab states and often provided military and financial support to Arab states enimical to the state of Israel.]
