Scope and content
Margaret Thatcher and Geoffrey Howe are riding horses on a road that leads to a castle labelled 'FORT INCOME TAX'. To the right of them are windmills that are shaped as a cigarette packet, a wine glass, a beer and a petrol pump. In front of them is 'MARCH 10' written on the ground and in front of that are people who are working in the ground looking back at Margaret Thatcher and Geoffrey Howe.
