Scope and content
A car marked "Inflation" is speeding towards a brick wall, carrying a scared-looking driver restrained by a seat belt in the shape of "£6"; a sign in the bottom left says that this is the "Healey inertia reel testing centre"; Harold Wilson is filming the crash test as it happens, with beside him Denis Healey who can't bear to look and is covering his eyes.
