Scope and content

[James Callaghan] is dressed as a knight ready to joust at a tournament on a horse labelled "Labour party". In the first frame he addresses a lady behind a banner that reads "TUC Conference", saying "A favour to carry into battle, m'lady?". In the second frame she throws a large blanket-like cloth labelled "demand for party reform" over Callaghan, covering him up entirely.
