Scope and content

A pram, entitled 'CHILD BENEFIT' has been left on the pavement. It is outside the front window of a 'FOODSTORE', in which a woman can be seen buying groceries. A door directly next to the shop, over which 'LABOUR' is written, has a policeman standing it. His helmet is on the floor and he is looking at the pram with an almost frightened expression. Margaret Thatcher is shown, with a wicked look on her face, walking away from the pram, giving the impression she left it there. On the opposite side of the street, a man labelled 'BACK BENCH' is looking on disapprovingly.
