Scope and content
Cartoon shows Harriet Harman holding a gun, peering into a barrell filled with toxic-looking liquid. Floating on the surface are cheques, one payable to Harriet Harman for £5000 from the 'Bank of Noddy', CDs, a stick of rock, and two fish caught on lines. The large fish appears with the face of Gordon Brown. Next to Harriet Harman stands [Peter Bone], and an individual conducting the 'last rites'
