Contains correspondence and memos concerning practical arrangements for the Board meetings of The Observer Limited, 1976-1987. The memos include information about attendees, itineraries, the arrangement of working dinners, circulation of Board papers and the time, date and location of meetings.
The file also includes a copy of 'The Press and The People', the 22nd annual report of the Press Council, which contains a chapter on the structure of the Observer newspaper, 1975.
