Notebook written mostly in longhand but with some shorthand containing notes relating to Canada including: national accounts; centralism and federal government; relations with the US; provinces including federal and provincial government relations; immigration; and mining including oil extraction .
Names mentioned include: Pierre Elliott Trudeau, Tom Kent, [Ross] Thatcher and [Robert] Bonner.
Transcribed in 2021 as part of the Clyde Sanger shorthand transcription project with funding from The National Archive’s Collaborate and Innovate Testbed Fund. The PDF transcription document also contains a digitised copy of the notebook.
