Notebook, written mostly in shorthand, containing notes on: land usage in Nyasaland; the UNO; unity across African countries; farming land in [Southern Rhodesia]; military in [Southern Rhodesia]; ZAPU offices; [Edgar Whitehead's Build a Nation tour]; the Land Apportionment Act (LAA); voter registration in Southern Rhodesia; discussions on regional federations in Africa; training opportunities for black Africans; the constitutional status of Southern Rhodesia; farming and land in Southern Rhodesia and maize production in Africa.
Names featured include: Peter Moxon, Savanhu, Sir Edgar Whitehead, [Robert] Mugabe and [Victor] Danckwerts.
Transcribed in 2021 as part of the Clyde Sanger shorthand transcription project with funding from The National Archives' Collaborate and Innovate Testbed Fund. The pdf transcription document also contains a digitised copy of the notebook.
