Notebook, written mostly in shorthand, containing notes on: Somalia including military and economic aid, relations with Kenya and the OAU; the Kenyan government; relations between Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia including talks between Abdullahi Issa and Jomo Kenyatta and discussions around the creation of an East African Federation. [These notes may relate to the Kenya EAF Conference, November 1963.]
