Schedules are divided broadly into sections- commonly involving minutes from the previous meeting; staff matters, including the resignation and appointment of new directors; the managing director's report, and any other business.

There is also a small amount of correspondence, attached to some of the schedules, discussing points raised at the meetings, and a few architectural plans and financial statements included as appendices to the main schedules.
